I love to cook, and I love to come up with healthy alternatives for delicious foods. One of those delicious foods is pizza, and while I am aware that many pizzerias are starting to offer gluten-free crust options, I wanted to create something that I could make on the fly, (and without having to order an entire pizza). This 10 minute, gluten-free personal pizza totally hit the spot for me, so I decided to share this super easy recipe with you.
Stuff you will need:
GF Brown rice tortillas
Oven or Toaster oven
Prep Time: 5 mins
Cook Time: 10 mins
Set oven to broil.
Set one tortilla on a sheet of tin foil, and using a large spoon, spread sauce evenly on surface.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella on top of the sauce.
Place pizza (on tin foil) on top oven rack, and broil/bake for 10 minutes, or until edges are golden, and cheese is melted and/or bubbling.
Enjoy!! (I meant to take a photo of me ‘enjoying’, however, I was hungry and was almost done eating my pizza when the thought occurred to me. So trust me when I say, it was yummy.)
I hope you enjoyed this little cooking DIY, and I hope that you will let me know if you give this one a try! As always, I love to hear your feedback!
