I am a visual person, (as are most creative types). I also like to have complete creative control over my projects, crafts and parties. Polyvore allows you, (or in this case me), the ability to create from the ground up. Granted it isn’t exactly real-life, but it is definitely a great place to gather inspiration.
I am having so much fun playing around on their site and mobile app, that I thought I would share some of my office-space daydream creations. (Hey, a girl can dream right?)
I have to give a shout out to my sweet friend Gilit Cooper, of The Bannerie for turning me on to this site. I had heard of Polyvore (and seen it a bunch on Pinterest), but until she blogged about it recently, it seemed over my head. Also, I thought it was just for clothing. Wrong and wrong. Check out Gilit’s dream office (swoon).
And here are some spaces I wouldn’t mind spending time in:
1. Dream Office
Black, white, gold, aqua and splashes of magenta.
2. A Rustic work space
Natural wood, a touch of industrial, faux taxidermy and a pop of aqua.
3. Black & White Everything
Clean and classic, black and white.
3. Pineapple Office
4. Aqua Love
Aqua, and more aqua.
5. Southwestern Inspiration
Bold and contrasting.
6. Sit & stay a while
